NII 国際シンポジウム「知的情報の流通と学術・文化の発展に向けて」 中のBBCの映像公開への取り組みについての講演（概要はレッシグたんを見に行ってきましたその２ その他の面白かった講演 に書きました）を聴講してその意を強くしました。
BBCは現在，加工再配布可能な映像コンテンツを提供する“Creative Archive”というプロジェクトに取り組んでいます。 一定の制限（商業利用不可等）はありますが，国民の共有財産としてBBCより映像ライブラリが提供されます。。
NHKは膨大な映像コンテンツを所有しており，それは国民の財産です。
それを共有する具体的な手段があることはBBCが示しました。 しかし民営化することにより，それは民営化会社のものとなり，共有する道筋は途絶えてしまいます。
ということでNHKの民営化には反対を表明しておきます。
（まあ，ほとんど消えたと思いますがｗ）
